Yes the worlds most desirable country South Africa, the worlds most desirable or greatest city Cape Town as well as the 5th most popular of the world wonders in one program.
Kicking off the long awaited series, I captured the essence of the Bo Kaap as a visitor. Looking exactly as it looked when developed in 1760, from slave settlement to one of them most desirable spots on earth to live. I start the series in Cape Towns and the Bo-Kaap capturing the astonishing colours and people of the Bo Kaap. Come see what lessons we can learn for South Africa and the world from this living museum and surprises that revealed itself Infront of the camera.
I drove around from right underneath table mountain in the Bo Kaap to capture the view of Cape Town as sea farers of the 1500 and 1600s saw it as they approached or passed Cape Point. Over a 12 month period I experienced Stellenbosch winelands as a center to photograph the autumn colors of the fall season in and around Stellenbosch.
